The mission:
As our Logistics Specialist, you hold a crucial role in the Hector Kitchen team. You are the link between our customers and our delivery partner. You are key to ensure our customers experience a smooth journey from purchase to delivery. Your main missions are:

Logistics: making sure that our service is well delivered and the quality of deliveries provided by our partner
Assist Hector Kitchen's customers: you will be in direct contact with our customers and helping them with their queries for logistics related topics
Operations: identify and optimise external as well as internal processes (team communication, logistics, organisation, customer service etc.)
Analyse customer trends and behaviour to identify improvements: you will be communicating with internal parties to ensure quality norms, customer expectations and functionality are always adequately treated and deployed
Fraud Investigator : Identify the frauds (as real or not). Find new processes to detect them.

You have exceptional analytical skills: you can conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis with concrete results in order to formulate practical solutions. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential!
You are organised and efficient: you are comfortable in a fast and agile work environment
You are autonomous: you can complete tasks independently, structure your queries and you are not afraid of responsibilities
You are adaptable: you can adapt to changes and keep up with the demands of expanding a startup
