Head of Growth

Your mission
Hector Kitchen is looking for “the special one” to drive growth across all the departments—from tech to sales and marketing & acquisition.

You'll be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive growth strategy to bring us to double size in the next year. You own the growth of the company and will have the freedom to drive change! You will  work closely with department heads, reporting directly to the COO on growth results.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Acquisition Strategy: Optimize SEM, SEO, and email channels to boost ROI and campaign effectiveness, either by executing strategies yourself or by setting up and managing a dedicated team.
  • Tech Initiatives: Actively collaborate in a creation and execution of a tech roadmap, including features that add customer value and drive growth through feature development and UX optimization.
  • Sales Initiatives : Collaborate with the Head of Sales to create and improve multiple sales campaigns.
  • Data-Driven Solution : Leverage data, either by collaborating with the data team or, (even better!), by developing solutions independently.
  • Team Management: Be familiar with organizational design and have the skills and freedom to adjust it to achieve your results.
Your profile
Required Skills: 
Hard Skills:
  • Digital Tools: Expertise in Google Analytics, AdWords, A/B testing, automation tools (Zapier), and CMS platforms (Webflow, Shopify).
  • Analytical Expertise: Skilled in creating and evaluating growth metrics (LTV, CAC revenue), customer segmentation, and cohort analysis.
  • Growth Strategy: Proven experience in setting growth targets, identifying acquisition opportunities, and running cross department projects. 
  • Team & Budget Management: Experience in managing teams, resource planning, and budget handling.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of market trends, competition, and risks.

Soft Skills:
  • Leadership: Capable of driving a team towards achieving goals.
  • Communication: Excellent at articulating actions and strategies clearly.
  • Creativity: Ability to generate innovative ideas(à remplacer) and seek new growth opportunities.
  • Adaptability: Quick to adjust to changing context.

What we’re looking for: 
  • Proven track record of delivering strong results in startup or scale-up environments.
  • 7+ years of experience in a similar role.
