Your mission
Hector Kitchen is looking for “the special one” to drive growth across all the departments—from tech to sales and marketing & acquisition.
You'll be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive growth strategy to bring us to double size in the next year. You own the growth of the company and will have the freedom to drive change! You will work closely with department heads, reporting directly to the COO on growth results.

Key responsibilities:
- Acquisition Strategy: Optimize SEM, SEO, and email channels to boost ROI and campaign effectiveness, either by executing strategies yourself or by setting up and managing a dedicated team.
- Tech Initiatives: Actively collaborate in a creation and execution of a tech roadmap, including features that add customer value and drive growth through feature development and UX optimization.
- Sales Initiatives : Collaborate with the Head of Sales to create and improve multiple sales campaigns.
- Data-Driven Solution : Leverage data, either by collaborating with the data team or, (even better!), by developing solutions independently.
- Team Management: Be familiar with organizational design and have the skills and freedom to adjust it to achieve your results.
