As a company with a small team, we face unique challenges, including frequent back-and-forth between our business and tech teams due to incomplete testing. We need a detail-oriented and rigorous professional who can help us streamline our testing processes and improve communication between teams.
This role is crucial to ensuring the quality and functionality of our digital products while minimizing testing delays.

This role is crucial to ensuring the quality and functionality of our digital products while minimizing testing delays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Testing and Validation: Perform thorough testing of 5 to 10 tasks per week, ensuring that each task meets the required specifications and functions correctly.
- Bug Identification: Identify, document, and report any bugs or issues that arise during testing.
- Communication with Tech & Sales Teams: Collaborate with the tech / sales team to ensure clear, timely communication of any testing results or concerns.
- Feedback Loop: Create a more efficient feedback process to minimize the time spent on retesting and reduce back-and-forth interactions.
- Documentation: Help maintain and update testing documentation, even when it is incomplete, by asking the right questions and keeping records of your findings.
- Start-up Environment: Adapt to a fast-paced startup setting where documentation might not always be up-to-date, and tasks may change rapidly.
