Your mission
As a Data Analyst, you’ll work closely with multiple teams to ensure accurate and actionable data:
Data Analysis & Reporting – Create reports and dashboards that inform key business decisions.
Process Support – Help identify operational inefficiencies and propose data-driven improvements.
Operational Collaboration – Work with Marketing, Tech, Sales, and Customer Experience to ensure consistent and reliable data.
Data Validation – Ensure database integrity, validate product features, and assist in operational testing.
Support Team Initiatives – Assist the team in executing projects and maintaining data standards.
Your profile
We are looking for a motivated analyst with strong problem-solving and technical skills:
Educational Background – Degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience – Some experience in a data-driven role, with an interest in operations and business insight.
Technical Skills – Strong in Excel; knowledge of SQL, BI tools, and Google Analytics is a plus.
Analytical Mindset – Ability to turn complex data into actionable strategies.
Problem-Solving – Skilled at identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements.
Organization & Execution – Detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks.
Language Skills – Fluent in English; French and/or Spanish is a plus.
