As Country Manager Germany, you will be in charge of the launch and management of a new country, which will be a fundamental add-on to our growth machine. You will analyse learnings from our French market and use them to strategise and optimise the development of company activities in Germany; lots of potential for using your marketing skills and business aptitude. You will report to Andrea, our COO; you will work directly with the management team and across all departments.
Your responsibilities and impact working as Country Manager Germany will be:
Take charge of regional performance
Recruit and manage a superstar team (Sales/Marketing/Support)
Design and execute local product/marketing strategy
Analyse country data and monitor our results
Define best approach for acquiring new customers
Engage and grow our customer base in the German market
Create and foster relevant partnerships with industry partners
Get our supply chain up and running and implement a data structure to track and support future decisions

Professional Background: You have a minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar position, preferably in a start-up environment. You have a strong business, marketing or operations background, including proven experience with international development and launches.

Communication Skills: You have strong communication skills and you can quickly understand stakes and expectations. You are able to break bigger ideas into simple concepts. Clarity and direct communication are a must.
Achievement: You take ownership of projects and you are extremely organised. You have strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Data-oriented: Your decision-making relies heavily on data analysis. You have strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
