Your mission

We are looking for a passionate, French B2C Sales Representative!
At Hector Kitchen, we would be nothing without our successful Sales team and our passion for animals. We’re seeking a qualified Sales Representative to help us sell the products and services that our customers have grown to rely on. As Sales Representative, you will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at leads conversion, building relationships with our pet-loving customers, and closing the deal. Our ideal candidate is a quick learner with strong negotiation skills and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

The Mission:
As Sales Representative, your main mission will be to:

  • Communicate and upsell our company’s products and services

  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to relay objection handling

  • Implement customer research to identify solutions to client needs

  • Identify prospective customers, set appointments, make effective sales calls, and manage the sales cycle to close new business across all service categories

  • Convert leads and build relationships by planning and organising the daily work schedule and cold-calling existing or potential customers

  • Meet weekly, monthly, and yearly quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics

  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers

You will be perfect for this position if:

  • You have at least 1 year’s experience in sales

  • You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, organisational, and presentation skills

  • You are a French native and speak English to level B2 (another European language is a plus!)

  • You are results-oriented

  • You have the proven ability to balance persuasion with professionalism

  • You have strong personal integrity 

  • You are an animal lover!
